For Molecular Testing

The account setup form provides:

• Necessary information to setup the account in the LIS
• Enable IT to install a web portal for results
• Trigger LIS and BIS change form
• Generates request to provide molecular specimen kits and requisitions for testing

Once the account setup is received, I.T. will reach out to your office contact to initiate the web portal install for results. Client services will provide specimen kits and test requisitions.
