JON L. HART - CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Mr. Hart has over 30 years’ experience in the health care industry. He was senior vice president and general manager of Genzyme Genetics from October 2006 through August 2011. Prior to joining Genzyme, Mr. Hart served as a regional vice president for Quest Diagnostics from 1998 to 2006. He previously served, from 1994 to 1998, with SmithKline Beecham Clinical Laboratories, which was acquired by Quest Diagnostics in 1998. Mr. Hart began his career in the clinical laboratory field in 1985 as a finance and investor relations specialist with International Clinical Laboratories, Nashville, TN. He entered the health care arena in 1979 as a health care auditor and consultant with Arthur Young & Company, Atlanta, GA.



GREGORY A. MARSH - CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Prior to joining Aurora, Mr. Marsh served as the Chief Financial Officer of CardioNet®, Inc., a cardiovascular diagnostic healthcare provider, from March 2007 until November 2007. In March 2007, CardioNet acquired PDSHeart®, Inc., where Mr. Marsh had served as PDSHeart’s Chief Operating Officer, beginning in October 2005, and as its Chief Financial Officer, beginning in November 2003. Following the acquisition of PDSHeart by CardioNet, Mr. Marsh continued to serve as the Chief Operating Officer of PDSHeart until November 2007. From February 2001 until April 2003, Mr. Marsh was the Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, and Secretary of AmeriPath®, Inc., a provider of anatomic pathology and molecular diagnostic services. He also served as AmeriPath’s Vice President and Corporate Controller from August 1996 to February 2001. From October 1991 to August 1996, Mr. Marsh was the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for Sensormatic Electronics Corporation. From 1983 to October 1991, Mr. Marsh worked for Coopers & Lybrand, a national public accounting firm. Mr. Marsh, a Florida state certified public accountant, received an undergraduate degree in business administration from Slippery Rock State College.



FRED FERRARA - CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER

Mr. Ferrara has over 22 years’ experience in information technology with over 14 years in pathology and diagnostic services. Mr. Ferrara came to Aurora from Laboratory Corporation of America® (LabCorp®) where he served as Director of Information Technology for Anatomic Pathology and was directly responsible for laboratory and reporting and billing systems across several anatomic pathology divisions. Prior to the acquisition of DIANON Systems, Inc. by LabCorp in 2003, Mr. Ferrara served with DIANON Systems for six years in several key information technology positions of increasing responsibility. As Director of Information Systems, he was ultimately responsible for all DIANON information technology systems. During his tenure with DIANON/LabCorp, Mr. Ferrara was responsible for laboratory integration and acquisition transition for more than 14 sites nationwide. During his 14 years in the laboratory industry, Mr. Ferrara and his teams developed industry standard products that vendors and major laboratories continue to employ today. Mr. Ferrara’s previous experience outside the laboratory industry includes that of Network Engineer, University of New Haven, Connecticut; and Senior Software Developer, Regional Water Authority, New Haven.
 


MICHAEL J. NULL - VICE PRESIDENT, SALES AND MARKETING

Mr. Null has over 18 years’ experience in sales and marketing, having previously worked for Asterand¨ plc, Renaissance Worldwide, Inc.; and DIANON Systems, Inc. Mr. Null came to Aurora from Asterand, a leading provider of human tissue-based research services for the pharmaceutical and biotechnology industry, where he was Vice President of Sales and Marketing. While at Asterand, he led an international team that generated more than 40 percent core revenue growth for four consecutive years in North America, Europe, and the Orient. During his tenure at Renaissance, a global information technology consulting and staffing company, he served as a senior account manager and as Business Development Manager responsible for the strategic alliance program with IBM, Mercury Interactive, Inc.; Cisco Systems, Inc.; and Compuware, Inc. Prior to Renaissance, Mr. Null spent five years with DIANON Systems as a sales representative and Pacific area manager. Mr. Null holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Boston University.
